Community service is a big passion of mine. Having an aunt born with Downs syndrome made me realize the enormous need the community has for volunteers. I started my volunteering work when I was in high school, donating my weekends to a school for children with disabilities. I am very proud to say that I have also volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House in Mobile, Alabama. I have also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity , assisting them with building homes. Every time I go out and volunteer, I feel like I am making my community a better place to live.
